“Math is very important in welding,” Kefali stated as he came to visit Motive Action, seen here with Instructor Kevin Lychak.

Kefali graduated from Motive Action over a year ago from the welding program.  “Motive Action opened all these doors. Now I’m working hard making skids and tubs for oil and gas.  Life feels perfect.”

When asked what advice he’d give to our current students, Kefali replied, “It’s not just having language skills, you have to ‘read the situation’ for what the job needs. You have to be familiar with everything, and ask lots of questions. Listen and follow instructions, and be productive.”

Reminiscing about his time at Motive Action, Kefali said “Instructors here are sympathetic; [they] read our level and try to improve on that.”
