Motive Action Graduate and Scholarship recipient Victor is hard at work in an HD shop.

Before Victor attended the Motive Action Heavy Duty Entry-level Trades program, he was working part-time in a grocery store, with no opportunity for advancement. He wanted better for himself, and was drawn to the hands-on learning offered at Motive Action.

Victor is very grateful for the opportunity this program provided him.  He said, “[It] gave me more experience, [I] learned how to fix my car (brakes, control arm, etc.), [and it] gave me confidence!”

We are proud of Victor’s accomplishments, including becoming an HET apprentice and being awarded the Motive Action Scholarship.
